MFS provides the following services for Physicians: 

MFS Gateway Base Services –

·         Payment Receipt – MFS coordinates receipt of your payor payments from multiple payors – allowing you to electronically receive payments through a single gateway.

·         Website Reconciliation – The MFS Gateway website allows you to view daily claims activity and reconcile to funds received into your bank account.

·         Customer Service – MFS representatives are available to answer customer service inquiries 8 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Friday.

MFS Patient Pay

·         Consolidated claim payment – MFS delivers a single claim payment representing both the payor and patient portion of the medical claim.

MFS Prompt Pay

·         Accelerated claim payment – MFS guarantees that claim payments will be received within 30 days of the date of service.

·         Late claims compensation – For any claim payment not meeting the 30-day prompt payment deadline – for whatever reason – MFS will issue a compensation payment to the Provider.
